“Lysardia” was last surveyed in March 2007 and all recommendations were carried out.

This well maintained example of the well respected `Kemrock` class is a “solid sea kindly vessel” with handsome lines, no distressing habits, and performs under sail much better than one would imagine. She has bilge fins as well as the ballasted long straight keel which allows her to take the ground upright, a major advantage over the standard design.

In between seasons a great deal of upgrading and renovation work has been carried out over the last few years, including the fitting of sliding door and bulkhead to aft end of wheelhouse, complete removal of all ballast checking hull internally and reinstating ballast, re-wiring of all electrics, fitting of new instruments, lowering of wheelhouse and cockpit deck area to give full standing headroom, new cockpit cover, new integral boom sail cover and a myriad of other details attended to.

Reason for sale is that my wife and I have cruising sailed all our lives and are now thinking of doing something different, therefore would consider taking a campervan in part exchange?

She is lying, ready for use, south coast, Hampshire, UK. And `priced to sell` @ £24,500.00
